To return an item you must e-mail (sales@gszcorporation.com) or call us within 30 days of receipt of your order. After the 30-day period returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in the original box with all original packing material, manuals and any other materials that came with the item. Watches with links removed, or watches without all original packing and manuals will not be accepted.
Returns take a minimum of 7-10 days to process and credit to be issued.
We will refund the original purchase price of the item only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.
To return for credit, the item must be in new condition. We cannot issue refunds for watches that show any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the face or brand.
If you purchased with a credit card, the original purchase amount, less shipping, will be credited to your credit card. If you purchased by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to the billing address on your order.

The shipping label should read:

Cancellation fee policy is 30%, this is the same for restocking and will be applicable to all orders cancelled or returned after GSZ Corporation acceptance of a purchase order
